Delete Your Account

You can ask us to delete your Copythistune account and the personal information attached to it at any time. We handle deletion requests by email so we can verify it's really you before removing anything.

How to request deletion

  1. Email support@copythistune.com with the subject line "Account Deletion".
  2. Send it from the same email address you use to sign in, so we can confirm the request is yours.
  3. Include your artist name or username to help us locate the account.

We'll confirm by email once your request is received and again once the account has been deleted.

How long it takes

We action verified deletion requests within 30 days, and usually much sooner. If you have an active Pro subscription, let us know in the same email and we'll cancel it as part of the process.
